More than 20 years experience in the Banking sector within International company "UnicreditGroup" with 10 years in CEE region and 10 years in Austria. Occupied Management positions in the areas of Sales Coordination, Marketing, Project Management.

Mag. Alexander Schlader, MBA

Operating Director

More than 20 years experience in the area of Real Estate Services and Consultancy. Has been engaged as asset and property manager at the Austrian firms of Rustler and BUWOG, as well as CBRE. His experience in property management has been supplemented by his valuation experience at Otto Immobilien and Colliers. Along academic education, obtained certificates in real estate economics, sales and property management and obtained MBA in facility management at the Technical University of Vienna (Austria).
